About
Booth
For as long as he can remember, drawing has been second nature to
Eddie who has always had a pen in hand drawing for himself and other
people.
In recent years Eddie has been involved in graphic design and it was
here (while he acquired the skills in graphics programmes such as
Illustrator, Photoshop and Painter) that he saw the potential to enhance
his illustrations and caricatures with computer software. He also finds
the use of computers in his work makes the whole creative process
more flexible.
Eddie’s lifetime goal is to illustrate children’s books. This dream was
finally realised with the publication of Grandma’s Wooden Leg (Reed).
Eddie is married with two young children and has been fortunate enough
to live most of his life near a beach. Currently he lives and works from
his home at the popular seaside settlement of Papamoa, New Zealand.
